Random thoughts.

Today during GP, Mr lee was going through compre, and people in 2 metre radius of me were sleeping while i was mugging my integration. So, like, his words were like playing in the background. Then he was talking about like women nowadays have too high standards and think Singaporean girls ask too much.
I then like spoke my thoughts out loud, " they're too good for my cookies." and like the guys were laughing. (after they had a great nap, everyone was high.)
Its true. girls ask too much. us, poor guys.
Common test.. so unprepared.
Gosh.
Need to finish 2 more topics before i sleep. and then tomorrow got to retake my pullups and running. zz. i very scared.

and this song was meant for somebody, it was supposed to be a gift. yar, but zz. i felt so stupid, i didnt touch it for a whole week, but then i told myself, that i should just record it anyways.

New bag(:

yayyay. k, so i got about 150 dollars of savings. Then, because i was too strong and broke a side of my contacts, then the replacement is like 220 dollars. yes... you must be wondering. " is your contacts made of gold or something? " almost is the answer.

Gosh, and my father refuses to pay. and my mother paid a 100. so, i have to fork out 12/15= 4/5 of my angpoh loot for my contacts. zz.

Oh, and i bought a bag with the remainding money. i thought it was nice. it looks kinda mattish. So, while i was walking upstairs with my bag. some random conversation popped up in my family which was really retarded. It went something like

Sister: why you wear your bag so high? like mat liddat.
Me: quite cool wad.
Father: He is hiking up the mountain of education. that's why wear like that.
Mother: not like you. (referring to sis), wear your bag so low, you like only hitting your backside on education. (which totally made no sense.)
Father: ya, you are just swimming in the muddy waters of education.

i laughed like mad.

anyway, its day 7. i still feel cruddy.

Wah. my conetleader's going to HCI. happy for her. she like quite sad in VJ, although she's like 2nd in crosscountry. Hope she has a nice life in Hwa chong. and like have fun speaking chinese to people or something like that. seriously dunno wads it like there. my cousin was telling me in army, cannot differentiate hwa chong ppl from poly ppl. and that's coming from a guy from poly. haha. hope the culture and environment not too bad. also good la, then our net group will stop talking about our vjlife and know more about other schools and stuff.

This song, has got to be the most emo song in the world.
at least for me. The lyrics are like awesome.

The first verse like talks about how guys become so oblivious to the surroundings when he likes somebody. 'What day is it? and in wad month? this clock never seemed so alive.' and somehow, time like stops.

Then the chorus is like kababoom! so super emo. I like the line. " And i dunno why, i cant keep my eyes off of you. " coz, its so true. man, i will just like look at her from afar and like just totally space out. haha. stupid guy, you must be thinking.

Then, that day i sang for valentine's day concert. Although i was totally nervous and all, i saw her and i was like. " dude, i gotta do my best. "And, i like so emo when i sing la. close my eyes and everything. aiya, but still.. it was quite pointless at the end.

Sigh. Well, at least i thank my friends for coming down to support me, Shaun, kenneth phua, elizabeth yee, cassandra, and jackie. thank you guys! and all the other random people around who cheered for me. really encouraged me and lifted my spirits abit, although i was kinda sad. actually, very sad.

Monday, i'm singing that song again for the junior class together with shaun and kenneth. Gosh. and i told myself i will never sing it again.

Inflation

Econs. The subject in which you dun need to either go for lectures or do tutorials to get a reasonably good grade. coughcough,igotaDforeconspromos. yay.

Today, i seat first row for econs tutorial leh. so enthu. Then, some random dude, i think most probably hsuan te asked like " why is inflation bad or something?" and then, like somewhere through the conversation with our highly entertaining tutor. he was like" in germany(post ww1), the inflation was so bad, .... "

Aberlador enters a run-down little teashop on the outskirts of the city of Berlin. There were many seats to choose from naturally, considering the state of the country now. Inflation was now the nation's top killer. Notes printed in the trillions daily, one can only imagine the kind of prices things cost nowadays. Insanity. Attempts to bring the spiraling, suicidal inflation rates down have only been met with huge resistance. Just recently, Mathias Erzberger, the Weimar's new minister of finance was assassinated for what? For trying to bring back some sense into this world. This crazy world they were living in.
Calling for the waiter, he took a quick glance at his watch. 4.20p.m. " i would like some tea, the cheapest one you've got. " The old, wrinkled man spoke with a clear and crisp tone. There were no menus to look from, the prices changed everything 5 minutes. There was this cruel joke he heard from his friend, that the time that it takes for them to prepare your meal, the price would have increased by the hundreds. The very truth of it, makes it even more of a joke. " yes sir, right away sir. " the rugged young man, full of scars from the frontline. War, is but a friend only to the devil. He sighed. What about inflation then? It is the weapon the devil uses after he is done taking the lives of the militia after the war. A much more powerful weapon.

Basically, money was so abundant, it would more economical for you to use it to wipe your backside, then to actually buy something with it. hahahah.
