There's police outside my house now, at my neighbour's door. why?

My neighbour's maid said she saw someone that looks like mas selamat, then the go report police.
Now they come and take statement.
I laughed like mad, but my mum was like " Eh, not funny. later he get desperate then we're in trouble." wah. i'm sure i'll be in trouble when i go to school in the morning. ah, mas selamat, run run run.
